The Zero Bangtao is a boutique condominium in Choeng Thale, Bangtao, created around one idea: comfortable living that is kind to the environment and profitable for its owners.
The single seven-storey building holds only 85 residences, with 15 apartments per floor and nine layouts from a smart 26 m² studio to a spacious 95 m² three-bedroom home. Solar panels, rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient, heat-resistant windows make it Phuket's first condominium designed to be single-use plastic-free.
Owners choose how to use their apartment: live in it, or join the rental programme run by an experienced hotel operations team. The project holds EIA approval, which allows nightly rental, and foreign buyers can own freehold within the foreign quota.
